Students at Valle Verde ECHS earned top honors at the Ysleta ISD Science and Engineering Fair. Even more impressive, Sparta swept the awards at the secondary level and proudly brought home the Campus Sweepstakes Award!
Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding projects and achievements. We wish them the very best as they prepare to compete at the 2026 Sun Country Regional Science and Engineering Fair on February 14th at Bel Air High School.
· Ammi Alvarado and Renata Munoz – 2nd Place in Earth and Environmental Science
· Lisa Rondeau – 1st Place in Behavioral Science and Sweepstakes in Life Science
· Joseph Vargas – 1st Place in Biomedical Engineering and Sweepstakes in Engineering
· Sarah Galindro, David Diau, and Catalina Trujillo – 1st Place in Biochemistry and Sweepstakes in Physical Science
